Evaluated the SHMA Program USSD platform for farmer market connections.
We conducted the end-of-project evaluation for the SHMA Program. The focus was on the USSD platform developed to help smallholder farmers access real-time market prices, product information, and direct connections to buyers, significantly reducing transaction costs and improving market efficiency.
